To whom it may concern: I recently made purchases online using paypal as my secure payment site. I made 5 purchases and they all went through. The problem is that the purchases i made were meant to be paid with another card that i have on file. Paypal automaticly uses a persons bank account as the primary source for payment. Basically this was all a mix up. I am a vietnam veteran on ssdi and i can have $168 come out of my account on the 3rd. Please advise. I have papework that paypal emailed me and i can send that if needed. Thank you
