Very similar to all the the above. Sales ment misrepresented everything and now I'm having to retain an attorney.. Documents that I signed have been falsified and changed after the signatures. I made copies of the originals and now they are trying to hold me to a lease for equipment I never wanted or agreed to. I can't stress how fraudulent these company's are and to stay very far away from any business with them.. Class action may be the only way to stop a company who morally has no morals and or proper business practices. I strongly suggest retaining council.

OH SAME STORY AS ABOVE EVEN IN ARIZONA,FIRST DATA GLOBAL LEASING IS PULLING MONIES FORM THE BUSINESS ACCOUNT AND HAVE NO EQUIPMENT..NEVER DELIVERED TO THE FRONT STEPS...SOME WHERE SOME HOW IT WAS NEVER RECEIVED,SO THROUGH THIS WHOLE PROCESS I JUST FINALLY RECEIVED A COPY OF THIS FAKE LEASE AFTER 2 MONTHS....ARE YOU KIDDING ME TALK ABOUT FRAUD OH MY...SALES REP AQUIRED SIGNATURES FROM LIES AND FIRST DATA GLOBAL LEASING IS PLAYING ALONG...I NEVER SIGNED FOR A 4 YEAR LEASE...I DID A E SIGNATURE BECAUSE THE SALES REP FROM NOVA MERCHANT SERVICES SAID SO THEY CAN SEND EQUIPMENT TO THE ADDRESS OF BUSINESS..HELL I DID A PERSONAL GUARNTEE BECAUSE THE SALES REP SO THEY WOULD BE SURE TO GET THE EQUIPMENT BACK OK..LIFE WENT ON..GET A WELCOME PACKAGE IN THE MAIL 4 YEAR LEASE..OH NO I DID NOT DO THAT, OUR AGREEMENT WAS MONTH TO MONTH THEY TOOK MY INITIALS AND PLACED THEM (4) ON A" NON CANCELIABLE" LEASE..NO WAY...SO I CALLED NOVA MERCHANT SERVICES LLC BACK IN THE TIME FROM THE SALES REP "IF YOU DONT LIKE THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE 90 TO CANCEL" IT IS HELL AND THEY ARE STEALING MONIES AGAIN FOR NO SERVICES RENDERED,NO EQUIPMENT, FRAUD PLACING OF THE SIGNATURES...LIST IS GOING ON...I NOTICED THE LESSOR DID NOT SIGN OFF ON THIS FAKE LEASE/([email protected] That is who I am)any body got out of this B,S,let me know. I believe I should Be out of this also. I noticed almost all of you are complaining about leases, not processing. The original post is confusing Lynx with First Data. Because Lynx is an ISO of First data, any agreement with them, should not be blamed on First Data.

Lease agreements, regardless of which leasing company, are usually iron clad. It is not however the leasing company's fault that your providing rep wasn't ethical, and they have no way of knowing your agreement with the rep, other than what he puts down on paper. Why would anyone in this day and age sign something they haven't read. I realize it's full of legal jibberish, and small print. If you don't want to read it however, GOOGLE them!

I usually always try to talk people out of leases, but then again I don't mark terminals up much. It's better to absorb the cost, and be done with it. Also, THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS FREE EQUIPMENT! If you're smart enough to run a company, you should know that by now.
