Internet very very very poor

I've been using celcom 38 before and having no issue on slow internet coverage. Now I'm porting out to Celcom First Gold, and its only awesome in the first 2 weeks..now its getting poor, poor and worse, very slow whenever connect to internet either FB, Whatsapp, surfing and anything related to internet.

Please Celcom expedite investigate and fixed the soonest. Else you will losing loyal customer like me.
