cheating people

FIRST GOLD RM84.80 INC GST????
USING ALMOST 6 MONTHS BUT ALWAYS GOT EXTRA CHARGES AND SUDDENLY OCT'16 BILL SHOWS THAT PRINTED BILL & ITEMISED BILL CHARGED RM10.00?
Why suddenly got this charges?
why never inform customer about this?
are you cheating people?
ok, signed to ebilling for two months did not receive the bill but still got charges RM 5. Per month for billing
What is going on CELCOM?

Unstable line

Hi there,

There is some problem with my line, where the line switches between "E" to "3G" to "H+". When it is at E and 3G there is no internet connection. The only way to fix this problem is to restart my phone, and this has become tiresome. Please give me a solution.
