I have been a loyal FGB customer, paying all my due's on time. Making all my transactions through FGB cards. But its sad part to know that FGB is misguiding its loyal customers & deducting amount in the name of Insurance. A few days ago, an Fgb insurance agent had call'd me explaining about the Insurance plans & policies. I had never responded him saying I am interested nor i advised him to activate. He neither told me that i will be charged around AED 960 for that. After two days of receiving call,
I received an Email, saying my credit card has been upgraded with Insurance plan & around AED 960 HAS BEEN DEDUCTED ALREAY. Without the customer approval how FGB is allowed to Charge?? Indirectely Looting customers money. I kindly requesting Fgb to reverse back the transaction & reverse me the full amount deducted. Concerned authorithy, please take strict action against this & do the needfull against this MISLEADING & UNAUTHORIZED ACT.
