Hey my name is shamnad while I was in office I got a col from this fu××gulf bank she was talking about remit insurance I said send email regarding this she said u say confirm.i said ok next day she ask me my wife name I said my wife name I even ask about the charges she said pay ur minimum due on time thats it.when I see the statement I saw Aed 300 is charged from me.i cold cutemer care they said it will cxld soon. After that I got col from compliance and asking to me that I agreed everything through online auto confirmation.what this fu××ers did they never col me back till the due date finish.after due date same lady col me saying the same thing I said I will never pay any single money for this insurance she said her supervisor will col same like last month I think she will col after the next due date.as per her we cant cxld this insurance. Better go and begg that is much better than this.

My Self Ramesh.P , Once upon a Time I was Used FGB Credit card . I have Taken that Card that Life time Free Validity. initially i have used and also i have cleared all my Payments very nicely . I left from UAE on Nov-2010 but same day i have called to Customer care for the De-activation Its done . Then after 2.6 years means ( Jun-2014 ) i got mail that you have Due amount with FGB need to pay otherwise we will proceed for Criminal activity. I also responded their mails and I requested My FGB statement but they have given from Jun-2012 to till now . They have added all Per Annum charges , some other charges etc.. really i was disoppinted. I dont understand how they can add for Life Time free Card. before leaving i have cleared all my Payments .

Please any one suggest me how to clear this Issue with FGB.

I had a worst customer experience from First Gulf Bank

I am giving you a free advice.; please don't take any personal loan from First Gulf bank, its really get you into troubles.

For one personal loan, I had given 4 security cheque instead of 1. I don't know every time the representative call me and tell that they had done some mistakes on the application which I had submitted, so he brings another form and a security cheque. Like this I had given him 4 application form and 4 security cheque.

When my personal loan was approved, I got a mail from the bank which includes the account number to repay the loan on installment basis

Then the representative give me the 2 cancelled cheque. I asked for the third one also, because I had given him 4 security cheque. So he said he forget to bring that one. Now its been three months till now I din't get that cheque. Everyday I call him and ask however he say some excuses and cut the phone.

When I paid the first installment I noticed that my name was different on the account number, suddenly I call the FGB representative and he said "its fine, you can pay to that account, its only a small change in name, we will takecare of it."
Then I paid the first installment.

After some days, the representative call me and give me another account number and when I checked it was on my name. Then I got a mail from the bank that now onwards you can repay the amount to the new account number. So I asked him what about the first installment which I paid to the old account number and he said the bank will transfer that amount. Its been more than three months, till now they dint transfer that amount which I paid to the old account no to the new account.

Now the bank is saying that I had taken two personal loan WTF!!!!

I really don't know what to do :(

As I said, please don't take a personal loan form First Gulf Bank
