I registered for their free trial about 2 month ago and everything went fine. I then cancelled by sending an e-mail to [email protected] and received a confirmation that my account was now succesfully cancelled after about 40 minutes! Since then my credit card hasn't been charged. So I assume you just forgot to cancel before your free trial ends and then automatically converts to a paid membership?

How did you cancel your account?
I tried to do it but they didn't tell me how.

How do you terminate it? Do you just email them?
