One year ago, I paid Fitzgerald $5,000 to supply my brokerage with 10 escrows. They were supposed to call and make appointments. I paid an extra $100.00 a month to Land Voice to send them for sale by owners and expired listings. They were supposed to call everyone from Land Voice in my area. Then they told me I had to screen these calls. After I complain and threaten them they schedule a few appointments that never have panned out. We are very successful realtors and the reason we paid Fitzgerald is because we do not have time and our realtors are working hard to get listings. I never hear from them unless I complain and then I may get an appointment and we aggressively follow up and nothing has panned out. STAY AWAY, SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED $5,000 ON A REPUTABLE COMPANY.
