Watch out for deceptive advertising on their web site. I ordered a Victorian tub and shower set that was clearly advertised as a complete package. After receiving only the faucet portion and contacting them I was told their web page was in error and they would not honor the mistake. They changed that web page, but appear to have more with the same deception.

I narrowly avoided getting scammed by Fixture Universe. I registered to order a pedestal sink, put in all my info. but than did one last careful check . I scrolled down on the website to find " pedestal not included" .Which is not there before you order it. also the picture plainly shows the pedestal! I called them thinking there was a mistake. Turns out not only is the pedestal not included on the 'pedestal sink' but Fixture Universe does not even carry it! Avoid them!
