I went to the Shopper's Drug Mart at Conestoga Mall to purchase small Flat Rate boxes and as many as I could as I have a large number of items to ship. They had 9 boxes available for purchase and Laura at the postal outlet would only allow me to buy 7. I was told I could not buy all 9 as they needed to keep the other 2 in case another customer wanted to purchase one. After indicating to her I was a customer and wished to purchase 9 she told me that she would not allow that and that it is in Shopper's policies that they have the right not to sell products to customers!! There is NOT a limit sign on the boxes. I asked to speak to the store manager and after waiting for 5 min for the Assistant Manager to come, I left.

Good to know that if a customer wants to purchase a product at Shopper's Drug Mart that they can just arbitrarily decide to sell you the product or not. Here's a tip for you: DON'T PUT THE PRODUCT ON THE SHELF IF YOU DON'T INTEND TO SELL IT!!

Unbelievable! Left me running around and waiting in line somewhere else to buy 2 more boxes. Waste of 40 min of my time.

I will NEVER shop at Shopper's at Contesga Mall again.
