Product misrepresentation

The product was bought for me for Christmas by my husband. I was so ecstatic when it arrived! However, I tried every blade and adjustment and it did nothing. I would prefer it be replaced with one that works. If that isn't possible, I would like a refund. However I prefer a replacement that works.
