I booked a flight with you on the 16th may to fly on the same day you took the payment of £140-81 but sent no conformation when my grandson went to jet 2desk in Ibiza they said it was not booked on the flight from Ibiza to Manchester I waited an hour still nothing so we had to book another flight and pay again I have spoken to jet 2 and you never book the flight so I need a full refund of £140-81
