I made a booking through website and i was provided an email for the booking and amount was charged.
While Boarding for the flight, It was mentioned that the transaction which i made was not there and Amount of transaction was from other card and used frequent traveler number in my booking with his card where the company paid less than half of the amount i paid.
Wherein i received a message and amount was deducted from my card.
Airline didn't allowed to board the flight as it was fraud from a company.
Ticket issued is from Canada and paid in Canadian currency.
It is a fraud to the customers which seems a scam on this website.

Today on 26/07/2016 I tried to book a ticket on your website, the amount got deducted from my Credit card but the ticket was not booked. Immediately I received a call from sells agent ( yatra.com) that your ticket is not booked and you can make another booking for the same he gave me the reference no (260767375626), I went ahead and made a another booking. Now my amount from my credit card got deducted twice.
When I called to the executive to check about the refund, he informed me that I made the booking twice and the amount would not be refunded.

I have few points to make here.
1) After my first attempt I immediately got call from the sells agent to go ahead with another booking and the amount would be refunded, even he said that he will be sending an email to the consent department for the refund process. Please check the telephone recording for the same.
2) When I called the customer service executive for the refund, he told me that you made the booking twice.
a) The first booking I made was at 1.55 PM and I received an amount deduction message at 2.02 PM, as per the customer care executive the first booking was made on 2.05 PM and the amount than got deducted. Now here the amount was deducted earlier and the ticket was booked afterwards, how is it possible.
b) The customer care executive has informed me that your amount would be returned in your bank account the reference no is 260767375626.
c) My first booking reference no is 260766779245, for which I received the massage afterwards, and my second booking reference no is 260761092330 which was booked by me and Rs. 6357/- got deducted.
Now my question is two amounts got deducted from my account.
1) 6314/-
2) 6367/-
The first amount got deducted related to reference no 260767375626 than how the reference no 260766779245 ticked got booked?
Please check the telephone audio recording of the sales executive who called me at 2.00PM to explain the process and forced me to make the second booking.
Please do the needful and return the extra amount deducted from my account or else I have to lodge an official complaint with consumer forum against YATRA.com.
If you investigate all three reference no. you will understand the issue. Please check.
