I purchased two one way tickets from Southampton, England to the United States on March 21st through Flight Hub. My flight home was scheduled on March 26th. I realized 4 hours before my flight my first name had two letters transposed so I went to the airport very early to have this changed. Southampton airport is very small and could not help me with the change they said I had to contact Flight Hub. Which I did, only to find out there are no live agents to help you between the hours of midnight and 8 am EST. Needless to say we missed our overseas flight due to the company not having a live person to help me. The live chat responded to my request for help 4 hours later and said it would take 72 business days to get back with me. I have screenshots of everything we discussed. This company failed me and left me hanging with no choice but buy tickets again to get home. My original tickets were 2,241.00. Plus the 2 additional tickets I had to buy to get home.
