I placed an order with this 'company' 38 days ago - my credit card was promptly billed. I have not received any merchandise, nor was I notified of my order being shipped, all attempts to contact by phone or email are unsuccessful as there is only a recorded message promising a 'response within 24 to 48 hours. That was over a week ago. I have now reported to my ccard company and am contacting appropriate authorities. I don't believe my order was ever filled or shipped.

I placed an order on March 3rd and was told the items would ship within 24-48 hrs. One week later, the items still hadn't been shipped. I sent them a follow-up email asking when I could expect my order. I was told that their website wasn't up to date and that they were out of everything I ordered. they'd check stock and send me a similar item . . . different color. Another week goes by without response, so I email AGAIN. This time, customer service tells me they're backlogged on emails and that's why there's been a delay. She says she'll personally check stock on Monday and let me know what they have. Waiting . . . waiting . . . waiting. I email a THIRD time and this time the "owner" responds to tell me that the customer service person had a family emergency and that's why there's been another week-long delay . . . because nobody knew what she was working on. The "owner" says she'll check stock on Saturday and let me know the very next day what's available. Waited again for several days. As of today, I still haven't received anything from them AND they told me if I cancel they'll charge a penalty for cancellation. SERIOUSLY?!! Will NEVER order from them again!!
