No delivery - no refund!

I've purchased 2000 sq.ft of wide bamboo flooring and trim parts from www.FloorUS.com (they also sell on ebay). 2.5 months and 20 emails later - no bamboo flooring and no refund. I'm in the process of trying to figure out how to get a refund of almost $7,000.00 from them.

The company is dishonest. Do not order from them.

SENT SAMPLE OF CORRECT PRODUCT SWITCHED PRODUCT TO WRONG PRODUCTS; LABELS ON BOXES CHANGED; CHARGE RESTOCKING TO RETURN WRONG PRODUCTS; CHARGE DELIVERY FOR REPLACING WRONG PRODUCTS; PRODUCT RETURN FIRST GET NEW PRODUCT AFTER RETURN. THE TIME TO GET PRODUCT, RETURN, GET CORRECT PRODUCT 10 WEEKS PLUS.
