Lost benefits due to replenishment dates
As a result of the lost benefits and scripted responses from the state, I have contacted channel 13 news and an attorneys office. I suggest you all do the same. There is nothing in the letter about a lapse in benefits. They screwrd this up. Something as simple as changing replenishment dates and they couldn't do that correctly. On top of that none of the people on the phones can do simple math. It's like talking to a wall. Same response over and over. Reading the scripts that were passed out to them. Keep calling and complaining.
