Hello, Our names are Steve and Kesha Jackson. Please accept this as a formal complaint against Florida Power and Light, Comcast and AT&T. It's been a little over a complete year now that my Husband and I (along with 2 adjacent neighbors) have been calling time after time to get assistance on trees that are connected and are running through power lines. We as neighbors are all wanting to collaborate in cutting the trees completely down. However, there is NO tree company that is willing to do it because too much of the trees have power lines running through them. Each time we call one of the three companies listed above...they redirect us to one of the other companies that are listed above. Basically pointing the finger instead of assisting us in just getting it resolved. We're so frustrated at this point that we are willing to hire an Attorney and file suite. We live in Florida where there are frequent thunder storms and this is clearly something that can prevent a hardship should we be faced with another bad storm. In addition... the trees are prohibiting us and one of our adjacent neighbors in particular from completing fencing projects that we've now had to continue to put on hold time and time again. This is our final cry out for help for one or all of these companies to please schedule individual times with us to access the power lines and help us in getting this resolved. Otherwise, we will have no other choice than to retain an Attorney to assist us with the matter. We will also report these companies to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and ALL local news channels. We are sure that we can't be the only ones dealing with this matter. It really is unfair and as homeowners.. very unjust.
