I booked two tickets to hong Kong from alexandria (HBE) with a connection flight from dubai,the first flight was supposed to depart at 1:45 (flight number 178 on the 27th of August 2016) but I arrived at the airport to find that the departure is at 00:45!! Of course we missed the flight,and when I spoke to the fly Dubai office I found out that more than 16 passengers on this flight have the same problem,and that this issue almost happens everyday with fly Dubai!! they told me its not their responsibility,and they will contact the headquarters in UAE and see if they can board us on the next flight.We waited from 00:15 to 3:00 for their response,and finally they told us to wait 24 hours and take the next day's flight!! They only allowed passengers with no connection flights to board on the next flight.so I had to find a car back home at 3:30 a.m., I am supposed to travel today,but I already missed the first day in the conference in hong Kong and most probably I missed my hotel reservation.I didn't expect this from a respectful corporation as yours and I am very disappointed.
