MISSING BAGGAGE

MY WIFE AND MY TWO KIDS CATCH THE FLIGHT OF FLYDUBAI NO. : FZ -028 AND FLIGHT : FZ - 177 ON SATURDAY, 25TH,JULY, 2015. IT WAS FROM BAHRAIN TO ALEXANDRIA WITH TRANSIT OF DUBAI. WHEN SHE ARRIVED ALEXANDRIA (EGYPT) ONE OF HER BAGGAGE IS MISSING. TILL NOW AIR LINE DID NOT GIVE US REPLY. THEY REPLY MY MAIL ONE TIME ONLY. DAILY I AM SENDING ONE E. MAIL WITHOUT ANY REPLY.

THIS BAGGAGE WAS FOR MY KIDS CLOTHES AND KIDS GIFTS. TILL NOW MY KIDS STILL SETTING WITH UNDERWEAR BECAUSE STILL NOT CONFIRMED IT IS LOST. SO, I CAN BUY NEW CLOTHES FOR THEM. EVERY DAY WE ARE WAITING.

PLEASE HELP ME TO FIND MY BAGGAGE OR TO GET MY COMPENSATION.
