Security Breach - Incompetence - No refund

I am complaining about the situation described on the email correspondence #04185418 [ ref:_00Db0dBTz._500b016gfwd:ref ].

The company has done nothing about my situation for more than 2 months.

FlyDubai has a problem with their security online and they do not want to acknoweldge it. To put it straight they do not want to communicate at all about this problem.

To make it clear I will describe what happened. In May I was trying to get the ticket online Bangkok - Tbilisi on the official flydubai.com site. To confirm the pay my bank sent me the code to my phone number which for some reasons I did not get. Thus, I did not confirm paying for the flight that time.
The next day I found a cheaper price for the same FlyDubai flight but on another site (edreams). I got the flight from edreams. And surprisingly ,once I paid for the flight on edreams, FlyDubai charged me for the flight I wanted to get the previous day. The question FlyDubai has not answewred is how they could charge me for the flight I did not confirm.

As a result I turned out with the double booking - one that I booked myself on edreams.com, and another is the same flight that Flydubai charged somehow without my confirmation. Isn't it a proof of security breach?

I called the office on May 4th from skype and with the help of the operator called Warica I cancelled Flydubai booking and I left edreams booking. She also promised a refund for the flight they charged within 7 weeks. To my surprise, the two bookings were still in the system when I was checking in before the departure in Bangkok.

I emailed the official complaint on May 11th asking for the clarification of the situation and asking for the refund that they confirmed the phone.

In our correspondence they were incompetent to ask me for the same information that I had already sent. For example I asked them to listen to my cancelling my second flight on May 4th saying that it was a skype call (and I gave the time and duration of the call) and they asked for the number I called from 3 more times after that. I had to repeat the same information which is "I cannot know the number I called from cause it was a skype call, but I am sure you can find that call easily given that I am telling you the time and duration of the call and the country I called from".

Since then the company has not done anything about it. They ignore my emails leaving them unaswered for more than 36 days now. I contacted the Flydubai office in Tbilisi, Georgia. They confirmed that the company has to pay the refund in any double booking. But the local Georgian travel agency office cannot do anything about it.

This leaves me with the two questions:

1) Where is the proof of me paying for the flight from Flydubai official site? I did not confirm the flight. How could you charge for something that I did not confirm?

2) When I cancelled the second booking on the phone, why did I still have the double booking on my flight day? How is it possible to have it when your employee Warica said she cancelled it and promised a refund by June 15th?

3) When will I finally get a refund for the flight that I did not confirm paying for? the refund that I was supposed to get by June 15th?
