Uganda airport office workers expired my tickid
Dear all
I am Mr abdirahman Mohamed aden I have a flight 25July 2017 my flight time was 14:50 and I was come to airport 13:20 that time airport was so bussy and more check point security and when I come to the counter they closed at the same time I go to the office in to the airport to get some help that time the office was closed and I wait until they open they opened after 3 hours or more than we was 12 person and we discussed the management and he told us that he make all of us the next flight and he Do not take any of charge after I requested to give me his numbar and he gave me his numbar and I called him before the next flight and requested my tickid by phone and he told me that I come to the airport of ice the same day that I have the flight any way I go to airport to get my flight and my tickid direct to airport office also the office was closed after I call him to get my ticikit and he said for that he gone to the airplain and he told that don't have change for me after I go bag to my home the next day I go to Kampala office then they told my tickid is expired and I requested to tolk the head officer then they don't allowed for me just i requesting to get my tickid again and I advising that the Uganda office in airport to open at the flight time becouse if customer get some problem for the fliight direct he gone to the office also it's the anmagicaly all the order office airplane are working only the one is close was fly Dubai i was seen two time and all customer are waiting outside the gate

Unbehaviour from the boarding employee
There was big economy que line waiting on the business class boarding place waiting for boarding whereas no any business class passenger is there ...the boarding employee on counter no.B24 is not processing the economy class as second priority and didnt inform the Passengers about that and he waited till the line became more big and then start reject the boarding for all economy passengers..he refused to give his name and start shouting at the passengers and said that he didnt care about complains.

Non Co operative Staff
On 30th june 2017 we have to fly with fly dubai from jaddah to my home land Pakistan via Dubai Booking reference: M9AYTJ, the exact time of flight was 1115 at jeddah, we are 3 person which include my wife and my very old and ill mother, we reach at boarding counter at 0945 we didn’t find any fly dubai staff except 2, 3 airport peons at that counter, we said them that we have ticket to fly with FZ - 832 they said the counter is closed, all counter staff is gone and now you have to go to fly dubai office, there is only 1 person sitting my wife and I went to their office and request them to please let us go with this flight we have a senior citizen, if you don’t let us go then we stuck in a very difficult situation, he said there is no way for you to go in this flight, I said the plane is stand park and there is a plenty of time but he didn’t listen to us, he said if you want to go right now so purchase a new ticket from Al Tayyar but there is no possibility for you to fly with your existing flight, my wife cry a lot in front of that hard hearted man we request to him that we don’t have this much penny to purchase again 3 tickets but in vain. We go to counter again then ticket counter then there then there on this expectation then any staff member help us in this situation and between this movements from here to there I lost my bag in which I packed received and purchased gifts which include Ipad pro 12.9 and gold chain. When no body co operate with us then we helplessly move to Makkah, buy new tickets from Karachi that cost us PKR 150,000.00 then we move to karachi on 03-07-2017 our new tickets # are 1411293113528, 1411293113529 & 1411293113530. we spent very terrible time in airport with my aged and ill mom. Very hard and painful time between 2 flights, my mom health was going bad in these, when we reach homeland I take my mom to hospital for treatment it is an other cost, finally VERY POOR SERVICE, VERY UN PROFESSIONAL AND NON COOPERATIVE STAFF, I really very disappointed from this my first and last experience with fly dubai, in flight TV are also not working. I send this complaint to my city’s major newspaper also, I am requesting to fly dubai team that please please train your staff to co operate with all passengers and specially with them which are senior citizens and please recover my all loss.

Part1
I am the CEO of a Fortune 500 company and have a long and illustrious career globally. Me and my family were about to go on holiday to Yerevan and were waiting close to the gate when i realised that my sons ADHD medicines were checked in by mistake. I went to the counter and asked if i could get that bag back. The Asian gentleman at the counter was polite and said "No" but then called for Mr. Hossain/Hussain who seemed to be the "supervisor: to double check.
Part2
Mr. Hossain starts moaning loudly to his team in the counter-"Dont call me/ This is not my counter/I am tired etc etc." Very loudly. I am standing alone in the counter while other customers (10 plus witnesses could hear this man rant and rave). He finally looks at me and says "No" we cant do anything about the bag.
Part 3
I begin to leave when i call him aside and tell him his attitude in a client facing position needs improvement. He then proceeds to shout loudly at me and say "Offload this person" and then walk me to the police. The police man was classy and tried to defuse the situation BUT THIS GENTLEMAN TOLD ME IF HE WAS NOT IN UNIFORM HE WOULD ASSAULT ME. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND I WILL NOT TOLERATE IT. He then held onto the boarding passes and insulted me again in front of my son before finally handing them back to me. just before the flight.
Part 4
This kind of aggravated intent to assault and threats from a supervisor are despicable and in poor taste. I have over 15 witnesses on the flight who will vouch for me and i intent to examine all legal options in front of me.
Part 5
Conclusion: I am willing to depose in any court of law on this gentleman. He should NOT be in the service industry and is a menace to society and a danger to your airline.
Incidentally the bag was missing AED 2, 800 and several items when we arrived.

Online Booking
i'm simply at a loss of words for what i have experienced tonight. i tried to book a flight via Fly Dubai's online platform. somehow, someway i was booked incorrectly. the booking i was confirmed for was from Dubai to Colombo, Sri Lanka leaving at 23:20 on June 28th. the booking i requested and desired was a flight from Dubai to Colombo leaving at 18:55 on June 28th. the prices for both flights was identical. a few minutes later, after receiving the Fly Dubai email confirmation vi noticed the error. i called the Fly Dubai call center immediately and spoke with an agent and a supervisor. both of the company representatives said that i would have to pay an additional 150AED penalty to change the flight. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? there are a million and one things that can go wrong when booking online - both from the consumer and the service provider side. something went terribly wrong in this instance. the mistake was immediately recognized by the consumer and an attempt was made to rectify the situation moments after it transpired. HOW DOES AN AIRLINE CHARGE ITS CLIENTS WITH THIS KIND OF PENALTY? i can understand if i approached 24 hours later to make a change. perhaps i can understand if the price of the two tickets were different. perhaps i can understand if i was requesting a different date or a different city. THIS IS NOT THE CASE HERE. how does Fly Dubai attempt to keep a loyal consumer base in an ever growing challenging economic climate if they treat their customers with such stringent/inhumane policies?

Terrible Service
What a mess. This airline is really bad. The seats are small and staff are not friendly. The TV's don't work. I have used this airline a few times, but this last flight was my LAST. Out of all the flights i have taken with them only 1 time the TV worked. When you tell the people that the TV is not working they just walk away without answering you. If there are empty seats they don't move people. Absolute mess. Suggestion to shareholders: Immediately fire your CEO and COO.

Disgusting airline
Delayed the flight by 7 hrs without prior notification. Pushed every other passengers to wait for the next available flight next day at 2:30 am. Staff were not making sense at all.
The disaster was the next flight got also delayed. Staff were really not interested and they couldn't careless.
From personal experience I can confidently say Flydubai is extremely unreliable and unprofessional - avoid.

Flight delayd for more than 7 hrs. Unprofessional fly dubai members couldn't answer basic questions nor give any solution. They didn't make sense.
The disaster was passengers were pushed to wait for the next available flight (next day). This flight got also delayed with no sense of risponsibility. Flydubai is utterly a bad airline.

Poor services
I called many times in Flydubai Customer Service Department regarding for some inquiry, but i felt very dissapointed. I dont know why they hired customer service agent like that. The first agent that i talked is arabic man , we dont understand each other because his english is very weak and not professional manner . He doesnt know how to handle the client, thats why i decide to end the call. Second agent that ive talked is russian lady and its same the english is very weak. Its better to hired person who can speak english well. ( Indian, Filipino is better ). In my 3rd call, ive spoke to the Filipino woman and ive got all the details that i want. The explanation is clear.
This is my suggestion only to hire people who can speak english well.

FLYDUBAI
I would like bring into your notice that there was an incident of lost or stolen items from my baggage which was also found to be damaged at Dubai Airport on 22/02/2017 morning 3.00am . I was traveling in Fly Dubai from Karachi to Dubai Flight N. FZ-330 ,seat N. 14A .
The baggages' total weight was 30 kg at the time of Boarding/checking at Karachi Airport & found to be 28 kg at the time we reported the incident.
I have attached the pictures of the (Delsey) bag which is 799/-Dhs, which is completely damaged and seems as if someone has forcefully damaged it to open and steal the items from the baggage , we found two out of three locks of the bag/suitcase were completely damaged/cut open. The front and right locks were found to be damaged and or cut open.
It seems like someone at the airport must have done it on purpose. The following matter is very serious and the incidence took place at Dubai Airport , therefore we reported the matter to the duty staff at the airport , they provided us with fly Dubai's email to report the incident. we asked them to give us an incident/damage report which they refused to provide us with and instead told us to write an email, they also gave us an apology letter from fly dubai (Attached below) .
I came home and checked the baggage and found out that three of my wedding dresses were missing from the bag which cost 1800/-Dhs (per dress) and the total amount being 5400/- Dhs .

Flight Cancellations
This email is regarding flight reservations being cancelled for my family on two separate occasions.
The most recent flight cancellation occurred today 26 Feb 17. I have just received a phone call to inform me that our flight FZ549 from Dubai DXB to the Male, Maldives due to depart on 02 Mar 17 has now been cancelled. Much to our annoyance and dismay the alternative flight offered leaves a lot earlier than anticipated. This has inccured extra charges for pet dog boarding kennelling and other travel arrangements. In addition to this, my husband who works within the military will now experience difficulty securing the extra days leave required in order to travel.
The return flight concerned is FZ555 departing the Maldives for DXB. This will mean once again we will have to make alternative arrangements with regards to travelling when back in Dubai. On top of this we stand to lose a day of our holiday which we have paid for.
This is a repeat of what happened to us in Dec 2016 when fly Dubai FZ757 from DXB to Sofia was cancelled in a similar manner. On this occasion our only alternative was to book an extra week in Bulgaria as the return flight was also cancelled. We had already paid for other family members to join us from the U.K. and this also meant we had to pay for an extra weeks accommodation if we wanted to continue with the holiday that we had paid for.
Due to your policy, if we ever wanted to to alter our flight plans in any way, you would be happy to charge us 200 Dirhams per person. Either way, as we have been foolish enough to book with your airline twice you have quite happily left us out of pocket and finding ourselves in a position where we are frantically trying to salvage a family holiday... Again! Can I assume that this charge is not offered as a result of you cancelling.
I am sure you will agree that as a professionally established corporate International Carrier all the above certainly does not shed good light on the way we feel we have been treated. We have on two occasions been happy to source and book family flights and in both instances feel let down in a big way.
I very much look forward to your swift response.

loss of baggage

On first of january 2017 we have been booked to go mecca to do umarah via dubai by flydubai flight noFZ-448. as we did not have any connecting flight to jeddah. we have to wait up to 4.00 pm with out lunch as there was no person to say or guide what to do.after 4.00 pm we were allowed to go to have lunch.wait from 10.00 am to 11.00 pm to go to jeddah . when we got down @2.00 am in jeddah, to collect our baggage we have to wait up to 5.00 am, only to know that, out of five baggages,we got only one, that too totally damaged kit, wrapped in a plastic cover with missing clothes,to know where about of our other baggages, there was no one to answer to our query.and the people who were there do not know our language nor english.they told as through potter to go to some other airport to book about missing baggages. which was not possible at that time.hence on fourth time we had go to Ajnabi airport to find our baggage then we were told to file missing baggage REport after waiting 3 hours at your office which was close no one to direct where to go.thanks to a gental man, after seeing us standing for long time. he enquired and took us to flyDubai counter were your staff came out of counter to talk to us. when we told our difficulty, he told what ever you talk or say to me it is of no use.so he signed our ticket and told to file missing report.which was done. we were in mecca and madinah for 14days we did not get any message. but we phoned them daily with no proper reply.when they talked they said baggage not received, hence we told to we are leaving to Madinah please do send there if found. Till we left madinah we did not receive any message from your staff. then we came to Dubai airport and searched there to tell our difficulty and worries but there was no one ,who can say, whom to talk, where to talk, but only suggested to file a complaint in fly dubai office in chennai (MAA) which is not there in airport. as i was enquiring one lady told your baggage will come, we waited up to last baggage was removed ,without result of our baggage. then we met one Mr.uday kumar who told us do'nt need to file any compliant.as you have filed in jeddah we will look in to it. your small error has given so much strain and mental agony to us and the difficulty that we have gone through. with loss of money and time which was precious to us. Till today (27/01/2017) we have not received any information about our baggage. one more baggage got damaged while returning to chennai (MAA). in one of our baggage there is also currency Riyals and Rs. we have heard that, damaged bags will be replaced immediately in airports, but in jeddah ,no one to see or hear and in chennai(MAA) only complaint is filed .how long we have to wait to get reply from your side.

Flight & Baggage delay
Dear sir,
My Name is Rizwan Iqbal Bhatti (Mobile Number: 00971-503199607), living in Sharjah. My Flight was through Fly Dubai ticket reference No. HN3MLQ from Dubai To Multan (Pakistan) on 1st January- 2017 at 11:55 am. But Flight was delayed due to foggy weather. Me with 12 more passengers following with Fly Dubai Staff after every half hour about status of flight but every time they said we don,t know what time check in will start. So we wait at airport, suddenly we heard that flight is left at 6:00 pm evening without any check in or boarding announcement. We (12 Passengers) were given boarding pass for next day flight 11:55 am through Mr. Azeem (Fly dubai representative) & we slept at airport, & next day 11:55 am (2nd January- 2017) flight was also cancelled. In the End our boarding passes has been changed for Faisalabad flight at 12:40pm flight. when we reached Faisalabad, we found our baggage missing, customer service staff said your bags will arrive through next flight and they have given us receipt with Phone number to follow up. I tried to call Faisalabd Customer service several times in a day to follow up my bag but for 4 days they never reply due to un professional and rubbish staff is sitting there. Then on date: 06/01/2017, i sent my driver to airport to pick my bag, so in the end i got my bag on date: 06 January- 2017.
In this regard I have right to claim of amount 4500 AED from Fly Dubai in order to compensate my daily wage and Travelling cost to my home town and Sent Taxi for picking my bag. I am travelling with fly dubai since last 8 years and i have seen such unprofessional behavior first time from staff & i hope you will consider my claim as mentioned above.

i am amit sen from himachal pardesh. i was came 5 dec to saudi arbia in flydubai airlines. so did not get the luggage. i call flydubai staff in dehli airport two time i went in dehli airport but dnot get the luggage. what i do without luggage because in this luggage my all documents are available. i send the many mails sms on flydubai website. but they give me a properlly reply. please give my luggage. why you torture me. please call me then you find it

Cancelled Flights Bishkek to Dubai
Can or does anyone know what is going on with the number of Cancelled Friday morning flights from Bishkek to Dubai, I have been on two in the past four weeks that were CLX and have just heard that last Fridays 16th December fight was also CLX / delayed by 24 hours. Booked to fly this Friday with connection to London, not what you expect from a UAE based company.

Voucher
I have send many e-mails and telephone conversation regarding my voucher SSY39Z which issued by Fly Dubai and is valid until 8 December 2016 but I am unable to use this voucher for my next flight. I went to Fly Dubai office Riyadh to reimburse my voucher SSY39Z through purchase of ticket but the travel agent has told me that he can't reimburse the voucher because the system didn't accept the voucher. I have shown to him and is valid then he gave the fly dubai number to contact at the same time I call to Dubai 00971 4 231 1000 on 3rd December 2016 at 3:34 after 10 minutes they received the call and advised that my voucher will be sent to office for approval and I will get reply to my e-mail with 24 hours so far I didn't receive any response from Fly Dubai. I have sent many e-mail to FLY Dubai but they did not send any response.

I sent my complain to flydubai company 8 times in last 20 days but in each time they replied auto-reply email ( A member of our Customer Service team will get back to you within 10 working days.) But unfortunately there is no real reply,may be their workers on strike in last 20 days. I was really badly sustained by company and I will officially complain. You can see my complain below whatever I sent.
I m Okan Kestek 439 NSP booking reference number. Due to you late delayed istanbul dubai flight on 30 th October I missed my dubai Juba connection flight. Mr Burak Çerkez who is working for flydubai in istanbul, try to help me for another fligts but he was no authorised and just sent you a email for refund my money to my credit card. And I need Already official explanation for this issue. Because I m working for United Nations in South Sudan and l have to explain the reason. I realy mistreated second time at same flight first flight was canceled and changed by you second is delayed and I missed.
Due to your first cancelation of flight on 2nd November 2016 and delayed of second flight so missing my connection flight I had to flight one an other day by Egyptair and I Paid $450 and also my late arrive to my job which I earn $136 each day, UN did not paid. And also Due to your flight delay I had to rent taxi from Sabiha Gokcen Airport to Ataturk Airport and I paid $70 and I stayed one night in a Hotel in Istanbul and I paid $40. I lost all this money due to your irresponsible behaviors. When I was in Sabiha Gokcen Airport Your responsible worker Mr. Burak CERKEZ could not reach to Dubai office more than 2 hrs. And When I ask any question or help from him he said He has not got any authorization for anything.

Unprofesional workers
You can find explanation of my complain below, but firstly I want to say I sent more than 10 times email to the company but they only reply automatic message ( A member of our Customer Service team will get back to you within 10 working days.) but 20 days finished, So I put whatever I sent to flydubai company below
I realy be in straits and disappointed. You are not taking care your customer.
And this mail is my 7th or 8, but still no respond. And I`m working South Sudan so I tried more than 5 times to reach you on call but no respond. I do not know how will I reach my voice to you.

Delayed
I suppose to travel Dammam on 2nd November FZ865 for an important meeting. Checked in on time departure time was mentioned 7:30 however now it's 7:47 but still no announcement. The counter staff nor helpfull and do not provide any information about flight. If the flight delay the should inform us the staff at counter totally unfropessional. Never use fly Dubai again!!

Delayed Fight
I suppose to Travel Dammam FZ865 2nd November for an important meeting today, checked in counter issued the boarding pass the Departure time was mentioned 7:30 however now it's 7:40 but still no announcement for boarding!!!!!!
Counter staff not helpful they not provided any information when the flight will depart. If the flight delay they should provide some information to the passenger. Totally unprofessional never use fly Dubai again.

Dangerous and scary turbulence

During the flight when the plane approached Dubai airspace there was a massive turbulence where the plane dipped heavily on left and then on right before balancing out.
The stewardess almost fell down and screamed loudly.
But there was absolute silence from the cockpit and no expalantion was provided to passengers as to what had happened.
Which is highly unprofessional and callous attitude.
Then again when the plane was about to touchdown the left side banked heavily and the left wheel touched first and then the plane stabilised itself.
It is obvious that either the pilot was engaged in some other activity or he was inebriated.
the latter seems to be the case since the crew again did not provide any apology or explanation for the 2 incidents.
overall pretty bad experience.
shame on Dubai for continuing with this third grade airline.

Missed flight due to the Chief Officer in CMB counter
I would like to lodge a complaint related to the incident taken place at CMB international Airport , Katunayeke on 25th of August 2016, as follow in details.
Kindly find attached Terminal Entry Pass where the entry time mentioned and the air ticket issued in Dubai.
My son reached the Fly Dubai counter at Colombo Intl' Airport being a passenger on Fly Dubai who was supposed to fly on EZ 555 at 23.45 Hrs about to collect his boarding pass at counter and an Officer called Udaya (Bold headed and recognized his name later) who reached to the counter, checked the passenger's papers and turned back stating that the passenger is not eligible to fly due to underage. The passengers behind my son were allowed on boarding the flight.
By knowing this instance over the phone, we contacted Dubai Fly Dubai office and understood there is no such a rule since he is already 13 + years old. The officer in Dubai Contact Centre advised us to go back to the counter. By the time the flight EZ555 has flown.
I managed to contact the same officer Udaya who stopped the passenger at CMB airport over the phone and he mentioned that the passenger reached the counter late. This is complete falsehood and kindly check the counter CCTV Camera records for verification, as well the ticket cancelled time.
Later the same officer mentioned above agreed to facilitate the next flight and the staff at the counter, mentioned the booking has been cancelled.
I am firmly believing that the officer Udaya (Bold headed and recognized his name later) in Colombo Airport, has done the cancellation to cover his mistake.
Trust, this kind of officers’ who damage the image of Fly Dubai and troubling the passengers purposely to cover their inability at service, not knowing the basic regulations set up by the Airline they work for.

The act of Fly Dubai Officer at CMB
Dear All,
My son reached the Fly Dubai counter yesterday Thursday 25.08.2016 at Colombo Intl' Airport being a passenger on Fly Dubai who was supposed to fly on EZ 555 at 23.45 Hrs about to collect his boarding pass at counter and an Officer called Udaya (Bold headed and recognized his name later) who reached to the counter, checked the passenger's papers and turned back stating that the passenger is not eligible to fly due to underage. The passengers behind my son were allowed on boarding the flight.
By knowing this instance over the phone, we contacted Dubai Fly Dubai office and understood there is no such a rule since he is already 13 + years old. The officer in Dubai Contact Centre advised us to go back to the counter. By the time the flight EZ555 has flown.
I managed to contact the same officer Udaya who stopped the passenger at CMB airport over the phone and he mentioned that the passenger reached the counter late. This is complete falsehood and kindly check the counter CCTV Camera records for verification, as well the ticket cancelled time.
Later the same officer mentioned above, agreed to facilitate the next flight and at the counter we came to know the booking has been cancelled.
I am firmly believing that the officer Udaya (Bold headed and recognized his name later) in Colombo Airport, has done the cancellation to cover his mistake.
Trust, this kind of officers’ who damage the image of Fly Dubai and troubling the passengers purposely to cover their inability at service, not knowing the basic regulations set up by the Airline they work for.
I have all related docs like the entry ticket to the CMB Airport, where the entry time to the terminal mentioned.
I need a full investigation in this regard and even I am ready to proceed further for the justice.

Disrespect to airline
I am very hurt and disappointed to come through this video on YouTube where this person shows disrespect while flying in fly Dubai. First of all no videos should not be taken in the airport and he does tht and then flying in business class he and his woman try to use their foot on the property of the government and make a video and post it so million of people can see how smart they are. I wish all their accounts are suspended and make them pay a heavy fine so tht others can see when airline is giving respect and it should get it back too.
