I am Innocent Nelson Mahlangu ID no: 8410225532087 and I had a Sister, Princess Lovejoy Mahlangu ID: 8906140269085 who was in the employ of Lewis and she passed on 2022/08/30, and ever since we have been trying to query on her provident fund, but we are not getting any feedback from the company, we are being sent from pillar to post nobody wants to assist as if you don't have such an employee in your records, can somebody assist with the query or the best way is it through the Ombudsman, I have sent emails through to Portia Hoffman, the staff member resigned but her monies were never received
