Took a laptop with this company and have been paying well till I managed to pay the whole amount and expected for the account to be closed but that did not happen as the are continuously deducting monies from my bank account. I have tried to call with no satisfactory explanation of when this will stop. I have sent emails withno response. I cannot even reverse the money that they take every month.

Took a loan with nedbank to which they consolidated my Fonechoice loan and Finchoice loan. This was in 2020. This company is still deducting money from my account and I cannot even reverse it with my bank.
I have sent countless emails with no response as well as calls to which the response is not satisfactory at all. I just want them to refund my monies and leave my bank account alone.
