Debit order still running after full payment

On 24th July 2020, I paid off my account with Fonechoice. But to my horror they still continue to put their debit orders through and now they owe me a refund of R958. I cant get hold of them. They wrote me an email to confirm that they received my payment and would send me a paid up letter, but to date all is quiet.
