I should have received my Florida benefits (food stamps) last Friday the 6th of November. But they failed to let me know that they needed confirmation from a family member of what little funds I do receive. This goes back at least a year when they also failed to let me know they needed something from me and I even stopped the electronic mean of receiving mail so I'd get something in the mail too.  F: 850-921-1809 The first and second time I had to renew; she would make the call it took for me to get my benefits but this time she is ignoring me! I need someone who can go talk to this person face to face and remind her she is a public servant!!! and serve she shall!!

DCF needs to stop acting as if people are begging for these services as we are not we pay for it with taxes and they need to have extra numbers to be contacted and they need to stp reducing food stamps due to disability benefits as it is not for food purchase and they should know this.
