I was physically attacked in the Food4Less in Torrance, CA. A fellow shopper used her shopping cart to assault me. I screamed for staff, security, or any kind of help. No one came. I was then verbally attacked by other shoppers and still no one came. I waited unsafe in the store for police to arrive.

I spent a week trying to contact my rep V.H. at Sedgwick. She randomly responded saying she got my voice mails but wasn't going to respond as she told me on 11/7/2016 that she would follow up in 1 week. I heard from her today 11/14/2016 and asked to speak to her direct supervisor R.W.

She told me she would not transfer me and that he wouldn't waste his time with me.
