Refund of 1167

Dear sir I have traveled on 5/5/20017 from AIRASIA Bangalore to Kochi flight no 15 1129 time 21.15 seat no 6A.6B.6C .R. Vedavyas Rao
.R.Sonia Rao.Mangalamma..At the time of boarding at Bangalore air port your desk person collected 1167.through my debit card . Again they collected Rs 1167.by cash bill no 1683 dated 5/5/ 2017.and also insulted .Till as on date I have not received my swipe debit card amount Rs 1167.And I want to know why debit card was not allowed.inside the airdrom.
