I ordered a free sample of Force Factor some time ago and paid $3.99 for shipping. A few weeks after receiving my free sample, I noticed a credit card charge of $91.00 American against my Royal Bank Visa. I called Force Factor and they advised that I had not cancelled by a certain number of days they automatically shipped a further supply to me and charged me for it. I received the supply a few days later, and when I called to say I did not want the product, they advised me to ship the product back and a refund would be provided. That was a month ago and I still have not received a refund. When you try to call the number provided( 1-877-492-7243) you get a telephone message stating that they are closed.
