MY COMPLAINT IS THAT I ORDER A SAMPLE OF FORCE FACTOR TEST X180 IGNITE AND ONLY HAD TO PAY $6.OO US DOLLAS FOR POSTAGE AND KNOW I SEE ON MY STATMENT THAT ANOTHER $152 HAS BEEN DECUTED FROM MY ACCOUNT. I DID NOT PLACE ANOTHER ORDER AND I WOULD LIKE A REFUND.

I found the request form to go with my complaint to Force Factor.

I sent a complaint to the facebook page that Force Factor has I put my message on their page as well as messaged them and this is what it said,Hi I asked for a free sample of Test X180 Ignite for my husband who is by the way 67 and still taking Andriol for testosterone difficiency and I saw your ad so thought this might help now we have been told that he can not take Andriol anymore from a specialist and no he can not take your sample either. I am not worried about loosing a aussie $7.00 that I paid BUT I have just been charged 155.00 on my account, I have only just received the package the day before yesterday and was seeing how to send back. Now it has only been a couple of weeks that I ordered this and I DO NOT WANT TO PAY FOR THE $155.00 THAT I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT, I HAVE CANCELLED MY CARD AND WILL BE GOING TO THE BANK IF THIS IS NOT SOLVED BUT THOUGHT I WOULD SEND THIS MESSAGE IN HOPING SOMETHING COULD BE DONE. BY THE WAY WE ARE ON A PENSION AND CAN NOT AFFORD TO PAY THAT SORT OF MONEY UNLESS WE AREUSING IT AND THOUGHT IT MIGHT HELP. IT AS I SAID IS NOT EVEN GOING TO BE USED AND SENT BACK SO PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING. Please someone help my husband had to have an operation on his spine and as I said we are on a pension and this is so wrong. I am computer literate and will plaster this all over pages everywhere and I have a 50s group on facebook that is people all over the world so this is going to go viral.
