I ordered a 14 day free trial for the product (testx180) from the makers of FORCE FACTOR. Thinking to myself, how bad could it be? All i have to do is pay shipping and handling, so i did. The shipping date to receive was to be 24-48 hrs of the purchased date, but 7 days later i have yet to receive my purchase. Not only that, ive tried 3 numbers for cancellation and i cant seem to get a single customer representative on the phone. All i want is for my order to be cancelled. I dont care for the product anymore. If i could have someone from customer service email me back at [email protected] and let me know its been cancelled i would appreciate it. I really dont want to be enrolled in the automatic payment section...
