On December 14, I wrote you about Force Factor product of which I tried the product religious but with negative results. I received your answer indicating you would and send me a RMA number and would stop future shipments. I received the RMA number 5666486. I returned the product immediately.

Today I received another shipment of the same product which you indicated you would not send any more to me.

Please send me another RMA so I can return this shipmentalso return the $84.98 since it is your fault you sent the product after insuring me that you would stop future shipments.

I just went through the same thing with them totaly missleading trial offer then when i call to cxl the guy on the phone offers to drop the price from $75 done to $50 if its that way why wouldnt they just charge $50 for their product i found a similar product for a third of the cost... thank you for charging my card $75 for nothing...Bowen B.
