Dear OCBC Bank,

I have sold my London property sometime in March 2015 & have appointed my London solicitor
to handle my Sale conveyancing for me. However, in April OCBC Bank insisted that I must use
their appointed London's solicitors.

I have explained to them that I can not possibly be paying both solicitors for the same sale
conveyancing work, incurring double conveyancing fees & redemption fees. This does not
make sense as my solicitor had done the Purchase Conveyancing before & therefore, should
be most conversant & familiar with the aforesaid property.

It is with much regret & sadness that OCBC Bank's rigid & oppressive policy dictates the use
of their appointed London solicitors, even though my London solicitor has almost completed
its conveyancing work.

I hope OCBC Bank's draconian policy will change because today's international banking
regulations should be more opened & flexible instead of being closed & monopolistic in their
outlook & approach.

I sincerely hope that the OCBC bank's higher authority will take the effort to look into this
matter of grave injustice & blatant unfairness in the bank's regulations & policies.
