FORM PL9

It has been so difficult to get the PL9 form from POSLAJU. I have tried my best to ask from diff. branches including outstation branches. Every time i went to ask for the PL9 form, they gave me the same answer "NO STOCK" or ask "SHOPPE" to request. What is the problems? It has been clearly stated in POS MALAYSIA that the PL9 form is free and can be collected at any POSLAJU branches. How can POS MALAYSIA success in line with SHOPPE for the shipping program?

It is a smart practice when handling "SHOPPE" item at POSLAJU do not need PL9 form, but how many POSLAJU branches are available? Why can't POS Office follow the system?

What is the best alternative to make it convenient for your customers?
If this is due to money problem, please say it.
I don't mind to pay for the form rather than wasting time and petrol to ask for it.
