The Fortrade online application for spread betting twice would kicked me out of their app and would not let me log back in, both times I was in a position of strength on my trades. The first time it took 35 minutes to get back in and as I'm sure your aware a lot can happen in the trading world in that time, the second Tim I was trading in gold when it was taking a large upsurge and I missed out on cashing in my trades when gold was at a premium price I estimate I lost me in the region of £5000. I sent numerous emails and did not receive an explanation or apology. I would strongly advise you warn people of Fortrade and their very convenient app lock outs.
