No update on my parcel for month

My tracking number EH684389703MY.
It has been a month & still no update on my item.Had been posted over the counter on 28th December 2017 from Poslaju Johor Jaya.Status still "No record found" until today.The sender already go back to the poslaju where the item had been posted & was told that they will call her back.But still no feedback from them.Me,myself had call poslaju at 1300300300 & was advice to email the postage slip & other information to customer care for further action.I've already sent an email on 6th January 2018 & call back poslaju & they said they will go through my email & will get back to me later.But still no feedback until today.
