We had the unfortunate luck of having 2 x gentleman telling us that our PVR is broken or ports are not working They asked if we could have it fixed and i explained that we had to go through Tel-joy as we renting the equipment from them They then said they will not be able to assist us unless we buy some mixer box for R700.00 and then get our PVR repaired. We paid for this box and we asked Tel-joy to come and fetch the broken PVR. Tel-joy is now very upset with us for this call out because the technician tested our PVR on site connected it to our dish and the Explorer and everything works just fine. We have now been trying to phone Allan, Frank and Craig to fetch this mixer box and refund us our R700.00 as Tel-joy showed us that our PVR is not broken and they removed this mixer box and we are not in need of it. they have been promising to discuss this with the BOSS, etc and arrange for our refund and collection of this box but no one comes back to us. We were assured that they were accredited DSTV installers only to be taken for fools. Could you please advise us with this situation, thanks
