My bank account is debited INR 692.51 on 14-08-2017 17:50:48 Info: PUR/Indian Railway Caterin/New Delhi/Indian Railway Caterin/Seq No 722703653373,
Payment debited on 15/08/2017 as the transaction was failed payment debited from bank account made through debit card but not credited to my bank

Irctc site showing payment failed but no status of refund

And one more time payment made through PNB bank account again payment debited by Rs 694 transaction failed but payment not credited back since 15-August 2017

How to recover payment from IRCTC, it is shame to share this but how we can trust on online transactions.
