They said the hotel is having wifi and other facilities but nothing they have their photos showed somethingand there the room is different and also the hotel people gave us a worst room and other rooms are good and asked hotel people why did u gave me, since u booked in oyo rooms we alloted oyo only that kind of rooms since they said no problem with the quality and he was rude, .to say ''HUM KO OYO NAHI CHAHIYE HAMRA REGULAR GAENT BOOKING HOTHA, OYO HUM CHAHIYE, , .JAO ISKO COMPLAIANT KARO'', .., guys remember one thing these oyo kind of partening company people due to competetion they are getting people on board with fake promises

We booked a room for 29th Aug 2015 in Hyderabad. We got confirmation through mail, call and message. When we contacted the reception for directions to hotel, they said there is no availability of rooms. We were suggested to call OYO customer care but no response from them. We request a refund.
