FedEx online record shows it was delivered to 170 W Dayton St Ste 102A, Edmonds, WA 98020 on August 22, 2011 at 3;54 p.m. No refund received. Cannot get reply from phone messages left or emails.
Contacted Better Business Bureau, Washington state. No response to their inquiry to company.

They same thing happened to My Mom. We are all really upset about this. I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau also. my e-mail is [email protected]

My Mom is so upset about all this we returned ours in August and received a tracking number from the UPS stating the fwd mob. received the product back and we have not received anything back. I am sending them e-mails and trying to contact them and NO ONE will help me or my family.
