Very slow and mishandles paperwork. Finally closed about 9 months and then the funds were reversed and
they didn't notify me. I had to pay my current mortgage company before I was late. They said we need to close
again and do another credit report. I am skectible about redoing anything, they said the paperwork was binding.
I am at a point of cancelling the whole process and going with another refinance company.
