I have registered an account in freelancer.com and then some contacts me and send a mail and gives the data entry work after that i have done the work within the time period and submitted all the projects to that mail after 15 days past no one have respond to my questions and even they are not paying my work amount also they had taken the security amount for the work. i will file a case against them i want my money back.

I joined freelancer.com in Jan 2014. I invested around four years to build my profile at freelancer.com.

Its takes lots of hard work and effort to get a client and make money. I paid 10% as project commission too for every project I get.

Suddenly, I found that they deducted whatever I had in my account and made my account in NEGATIVE around $600+

They closed accounts of some clients for whom I delivered the projects and reversed the payment.

If client was not verified or genuine then how they allowed to post project at their site. If fault is their the how can they make me accountable and CHEAT ME by STOLE my hard earned money and make my account in negative.

Their administrator reversed even some one year old projects.

I did very hard work to delivered the project, invest lots of time to build profile also gave 10% and sometime more for same project. After all this how can they STOLE my money and make my account in negative.

This is third time they did this to me. Initially when I submitted tickets/complain, they told me that they are helpless. Previously amount was small so I left it as it.

But this time amount is very BIG for me.

Enough is Enough. They crossed the limit and gave me a headache. I am highly disappointed and very much stressed.

I have all the proof what they did to me.

I am not getting what to do, please any one guide me how can SUE them (address - Freelancer
Level 20, 680 George Street, Sydney Australia), their CEO "Matt Barrie " and their CFO Neil Katz in court or take legal actions against them online.

I am new to freelancer. Few days ago, i registered on your site freelancer.com as a freelancer. I place bid on some projects ,from them i was awarded one .I worked and the project get closed on 22feb 2018 evening time.But in next morning, i found that my account is closed.They said some rules were broken but i follow all procedure, i m unable to recall which rule i broken can u explain me, why freelancer.com closed my account? and this is not the fair way to provide freelancing services on such a platform.freelancer.com can communicate or notify me if i broke some rule, i m new on freelancer.com. In this difficult time instead of helping me , freelancer.com are reacting oppositely.I have sufficient amount in my account.They even don't tell the procedure to reopen my account or refund my deposits that are in my account.

Some is using Freelancer.com to fraud in my CITI bank credit card.I have got following messages.

30,705.00 INR was spent on your Citi Credit Card ending XXXXXXXXXXXX on 09-FEB-18 at
Freelancer.com. FX rates and charges as per T&Cs. Your available credit limit now is Rs. 99,792.18.
Update your Aadhaar number on your Credit Card by logging in to Citibank Online or Citi Mobile.

Freelancer.com would cancelled these transaction.
