Снятие денег

Freeloto пытались снять с моей карточки 22.98 eur., такой суммы на карте небыло и банк естественно отказал! Теперь боюсь ложить деньги на карту! Почему снимают без пдтверждения? Это незаконно! Еще одна попытка и обращюсь в суд!
