Cancellation

I have been sending emails about my freelotto account to be cancelled, through the website.
I have had an account with the subscriber for a few years now. I honestly had no knowledge that there is a direct debit amount taken from my bank account. I would like to close it immediately.
Please assist me in closing this account.
