Unauthorized taking money

Hi Rowena hea iv just seen my bank statements and c that thea has been 2 payment of 14.99euro, which is $26.30 Nz taken from my account which I'm not aware of why has this happened iv never signed up for lotto online. I want my money back.
Dates 2 November, 3 October.

Please stop taking money from my account I didn't play lotto , two unauthorized charges please stop this ASAP I have so many bill to pay please stop this. Thank you very much.
