My card has been charged once again after informing the Lotto Service not to make the charge. The most recent charge is $33.95 How do I get them to stop charging. I am contacting my CC company and disputing the charge. Using my card without authorization should be illegal.

Is there any chance I can get a refund? I was falsely led to believe that this sign up was free. This person said she would direct me to her "own page" and give me a special code for free access. After filling out my credit card details, she said there would be a page where she wanted me to enter the code. However, that did not come up and instead my payment went through. Unfortunately, I have to say I got scammed.

The reference on my bank statement was FREELOTTOSUB*SERVICE and was charged $24.36 New Zealand Dollars.

So, I'm just hoping if there is any way at all of getting a refund.
