Unauthorized Charges

Today while checking my bank account information, there were unauthorized charges from this company on my account. I DO NOT know who these people are and have never heard of them, nor do I know how they got my banking information. Is there anyone who can help me with this?

It sounds like you would have signed up for our trial offer for free shipping with one of our participating merchants. That trial does turn into a paid membership after 30 days but we have a very flexible cancellation policy with no questions asked.
