Overcharged

Freeshiping.com took extra money! When I called freeshiping.com they said they took nothing out. 8 tmes they took $2 from my account! They say no it would only take out 1 time. They say I cancelled membership in October. It's November And I made just 1 purchase through EBay!! I WANT MY MONEY!!!!!!
