I went to purchase auto insurance at Freeway Insurance Agency at Corpus Christi, TX on Saturday 2/11/17. After she gave me my quote I agreed to purchase the policy after signing the paperwork and paying I notice that my receipt had a $50 more then what the quote was so I then told the agent that I didnt want the policy if I was going to have to pay $50 dollars more and that wasnt what she told me the down payment would be. She then reassure me that she could refund me my money and she would re-charge my credit card to the current down payment she quoted me. After 45 mins she advice me that she could not reverse it and that we would have to wait until Monday. I told her okay. Thinking they were a good and descent agency to do business with. Of course I was wrong. I have been giving the run around for the past 2 weeks. From the check is in the mail, to they decide it not to refund your money, and yet I have no Auto insurance and I am out on the down payment. And there is no one you can talk to, to fix this problem. The agency is from Huntington Beach CA. And we still cant get this problem solved. They were quick to take my money and quick to cancel my policy but NOT QUICK to give me my refund back, Please do not do any business with any of their agencies. In Corpus Christi, TX or in Huntington CA, They are out to take your money and no one cares.
