I ordered a fridge telephonically as I have been a loyal customer of homechoice.I never received the fridge and homechoice records shows as delivered.I notified Homechoice about this and was advised to make affidavit at the police station which I did.I never heard from Fraud division of homechoice. I am surprised as I never received a call from homechoice for pending delivery as per norm, and the records of homechoice show recipient as Nolwazi.How the courier allowed the person to receive without verification with account holder show the intent of fraud on the courier part if this is true.We never received the fridge and homechoice never showed empathy to its loyal client and its very disappointing..This has affected my family and my marriage and also affected my credit score on ITC as I keep receiving messages of overdues.i would appreciate if homechoice can address this ASAP
